Pineapple and tropical fruit. This is a crisp, dry Vermentino that will easily become a favourite for your pre-dinner drinks or at your table. With 100% stainless steel fermentation, this is a pure expression of the variety and a great alternative to Sauvignon Blanc or Pinot Grigio.
A bright, fresh and delicate rosé of Sangiovese. The perfect aperitif or versatile partner to a wide variety of food. Strawberries and cream followed by a crisp, dry finish on the palate. What's not to like? It's always rosé o'clock in our house.
A delicious blend of Shiraz (60%) and Tempranillo (40%). Each variety adding their own signature to the wine. The Shiraz gives spice and black fruits whilst the Tempranillo adds bright blue fruits and gentle tannins. The grapes were crushed and co-fermented together so in essence the blend was made prior to the wine, sometimes it’s nice to get a surprise and in this case it’s a very pleasant one!

I love Tempranillo, I believe it will have a significant role in the next chapter of the Australian wine story. Plenty of black cherry and dark chocolate, the ultimate adult cherry ripe. Medium weight and versatile the wine works perfectly with tomato based cuisine.
A light and bright wine with classic Grenache spice and blueberry fruit. It can be served lightly chilled and complements a broad range of dining options.
Hilltops Shiraz for me is seductive and powerful all at once. The 2022 is a testament to the outstanding Vintage in the Hilltops. Full of blue & blackberry fruit supported by cool climate spice and vanilla oak. There is an intensity in this wine that sneaks up on you...in a good way. Perfect now or for those with patience this wine will stand the test of time.

Ubergew is a wild, barrel fermented Gewürztraminer. Mango and coconut panna cotta with a fresh lime acidity. This is a wine with an amazing aroma and flavour profile. Unfined, unfiltered and hand bottled directly from the barrel this is as pure as it gets. Only 300 bottles made.
Whole bunch pressed Mudgee Chardonnay fermented using wild yeast in tight grain French oak. With a limited production of only two barrels, this wine highlights the cooler year with lemon citrus and grapefruit. Zero malolactic fermentation retains the crisp line and length of this modern Chardonnay.
An intense and expressive Hilltops Tempranillo. Blue fruits are complemented by charcuterie aromas from the barrel fermentation in new French Oak from the Jupille forest. Extremely limited production of 500 bottles this is a wine to savour.

Bone dry, crisp and delicate. Classical varietal notes of rose water and fresh limes. The perfect aperitif or partner to asian inspired cuisine. This wine is developing beautifully with complex buttered toast characters whilst maintaining its lemon and lime flavours.
Hand picked and whole bunch pressed from high altitude Chardonnay in Orange, this wine was always taught and fine with freshness and crisp acidity. Bottle age has allowed the wine to blossom. Chamomile aromatic lightness is supported by a richer toasty complexity. A fine and long Chardonnay.
